REIC - It has 35 floors and 6 basements with 2 towers to be built on a plot of 6500 m2. Podium: 5 floors. Tower A: 30 floors. Techcombank offices, retail and apartments. Tower B: Luxury, 6 basement parking and retail. The project also has about 22 luxury penthouses.
In order to select the best design for the above project, the representative investor - Viettronics Real Estate JSC organized the Master Plan and Architecture Concept Design Competition. Dozens of major companies in local and international design such as PTW, NKB, Ho Thieu Tri and Associates, TT-As, VNCC... have participated in this contest. The jury is made up of professors and leading experts of VIAP (Institute of Architecture, Urban and Rural Planning of Vietnam). Getting the highest rating in the design competition thanks to a unique and excellent design for the master planning and concept of modern and flexible building design, proposed by CMV Architects was awarded first prize and selected for implementation.
