REIC - Located in a prime site in downtown Saigon with views towards both the river and the city, this is one of the most significant projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
This mixed-use development comprises a 49-storey tower which boasts a hotel, offices and residential accommodation; six levels of basement; and nine levels of retail podium which cover the majority of the site. Technical spaces are in the podium levels, and car parking in the basement. The tower rises to a height of 205m which will make it one of Ho Chi Minh City’s tallest buildings.
