Unveiled pictures of one of the most magnificent resort in Phu Quoc

REIC - Vingroup JSC (stock code: VIC) has unveiled some perspective pictures of a large resort which is under construction in Phú Quốc and expected to be opened in November this year.


The resort is named Vinpearl Resort Phú Quốc, invested by Vingroup and located in Bãi Dài area – one of the most wild-preserved area in Phú Quốc island.

The total area of the project is 300 hectares, included the 5-star hotel area, villa area, amusement park and golf course. Vinpearl Resort Phú Quốc hotel in phase 1 will include 2 blocks of 7-floors building, designed as arc embracing the 5,000m2 swimming pool and over 30 villas. It will be the biggest 5-stars hotel in Phú Quốc with over 750 well-equipped rooms, and can accommodate up to 2,000 arrivals.

There is also a large Vinpearl Land amusement park with full of games for all ages and all tastes. This place converge full of indoor games, outdoor games, water park, special aquarium with hundreds of fish and marine species like penguin and the large freshwater fish originating from the Amazon river.

Especially, there are some rare fish species like Nemo, Napoleon, White Shark, King Crab,… and a diverse world of reptiles with Salamander, Lizard, Turtles, Tortoise and Python. Moreover, there is a Dolphinarium with a capacity of up to 1,152 audiences. Beside that, there is an Amphitheater, which has 2,337 seats, has ability to meet standards of international cultural events.

Vinpearl Phú Quốc resort complex also own the first 27-holes golf course of international standards in Phú Quốc island. The golf course has a total area of 100 hectares, has a unique design according to the standard models of well-known sea golf courses in the world.

Novotel Phu Quoc Resort

REIC - Located on Bai Dai Beach, Duong Dong Town, Phu Quoc Island, Sonasea Villas & Resort has a site area of 80 hectares. The capital investment for the project is expected to be approximately $200 million.

Novotel Phu Quoc Resort

Novotel Phu Quoc is a part of Sonasea Villas & Resort project, built on a land area of 70,700 sqm. Novotel Phu Quoc includes 40 bungalows and and 406 rooms. The resort is designed according to the standards of international four-star.

Novotel Phu Quoc will be groundbreaking in Q3 2014 and expected to be completed in Q4 2015.

Early this month, CEO Group, the owner of the project signed a hotel consulting and managing contract with Accor Group.

Beside Sonasea Villas & Resort, CEO Group has more two other projects in Phu Quoc: Sonasea Residences (61,7 hectares), Sonasea Golf Estates (150,7 hectares).

Accor is operating 17 hotels in Vietnam including 3- 5 stars brands, such as Sofitel, Pullman, Mgallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, ibis.
